you tell her how you feel!! if you dont, she'll never try being romantic. and if that doesnt work, then you can start holding her more, taking her hands, not letting go. and she'll get the point

firstly guys make the move if not it doesn't make ya a gentleman does it..not hunggin ya doesn't mean shes not romantic,ya gotta do all the work maybe shes waitin for ya to do it,its been over a year and ya don't hold hands and hug?dude thats whack,grab her and kiss her or somethin the next time ya meet(in a good way that is)shes just reluctant maybe go for it and remember,all humans are created in a equal manner,its just the personality thats different...
Well this might sound negative but, your going to have a hard time with that one. If she's doesn't do it on her own then she probably doesn't really want to or doesn't find it romantic. So saying anything to her about it is probably just going to make her uncomfortable and she'll end up running. But if you think she might be understanding then try talking with her. However, if you think she'll be pessimistic then just gradually starting doing those things more to force it more naturally. Good Luck.
Try asking her in a calm non-confrontational manner. You cannot 'make' anyone do anything they don't want to do.
