Why did my girlfriend lose a ';romantic eye'; towards me?

She says that things feel ';weird'; between us as a relationship. I asked if she wanted a break, she said yes, and under terms of not seeing other guys we were going to take a break. About an hour later I got a message saying that she does love me, but she's not ';in love'; with me. She says I'm her best friend, I'm always there for her. She wants to hold up a relationship, but doesn't love me romantically anymore. I said some pretty hurtful things back and I think I blew my chances of being together ever again but I'm not shedding any tears about it. She wants to stay friends - how am I supposed to stay around the woman I have such deep feelings for when she doesn't feel the same way back? **** that.


Throughout the entire relationship, I've done nothing but made her feel like a queen. I've been there first hand during the relationship while she went through some very rough experiences, between her debt, deaths, and many other things. She's been so stressed out, and now we're going to college (locally, and together). Could all of these stresses be what's influencing her ';love'; for me?Why did my girlfriend lose a ';romantic eye'; towards me?

you've been a very good friend to her and showed yourself as having a shoulder for her to cry on...but how have you showed your physical feelings toward her?


all of those stresses can in fact have influence on her ability to focus on a relationship, but who knows if that's what it is.


if i was you, i would handle my business and myself. you can't neglect yourself. don't be mad at her either. just be you and work on yourself and maybe she'll see what you been trying to show her all this time.

dUDE, SHE HAS SEEN SOME ONE ELSE or she never really loved you. How can u stay friends? just let her do what she wants but try to get yourself to move foward. Stress dont make people love less.
