Well this was how my bf asked me out %26amp; i thought it was really sweet:

One day he asked me to come to his house and hang out with him. We were sitting on his roof and talking then he pulled out a small blue box and he opened it and inside there was a cookie that looked like a big diamond ring and he said ';will you be my girlfriend';. It was so sweet!!How to i ask her to be my girlfriend in a romantic way?
it's really not about the time or place when asking a girl out. it's more about what you say to her. tell her why you like her. tell her you really value her friendship and love being around her. i think she'll say yes. and just in case she doesn't, it's alright. there's tons of other girls out there.

btw i'm 16 too %26amp; though i have never had a boyfriend, i've been asked out like 30 times. i remember the worst way a guy asked me out was through a text message haha!
while holding her kiss her and ask. i would say that your still young to actually know the feeling but i cant really hold to that considering i thought i was at 15 but it was just a first serious relationship, alot of flaws come out in a relationship that you would think would be perfect just dont be too into her and then be suprised if something happens
kiss her and ask her to go out with you

I say you should leave a note under her pillow next time you're at her place.
